HYATTSVILLE, MD-Wells Fargo, which foreclosed on portions of the University Town Center development in Hyattsville, has acquired them from Prince George's Metro Center for an amount of $25.1 million at a foreclosure auction. The properties are located at 6400, 6450, 6451, 6500, 6501 and 6506 America Blvd.
