LONDON-Barratt London has started construction on a GBP 63-million mixed-use development at Osiers Gate in Wandsworth, London. The project, modeled by Assael Architecture, will include residential units and eight new commercial buildings.
Barratt will develop 189,690 square feet of private and affordable housing comprising 275 new apartments. At the middle of the project, a 21-story tower with 83 private residential units will be erected. The new buildings will have 32,704 square feet of commercial units on the ground floor.
