FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-CBRE has arranged a long-term office lease for Piedmont Office Realty Trust in Tamarac. A national insurance company will take 50,000 square feet at 5601 Hiatus Road.
The firm will occupy the entire second-floor space of the two-story office building measuring 100,000 square feet in Q1 2012. Convergys has recently renewed its lease for the remaining 50,000 square feet.
