ESSEN, GERMANY-A joint venture between HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung and Bauwens Development will construct an office building measuring 154,999 square feet in the "University quarter-grune mitte Essen". AOK Rhineland/Hamburg, a health insurer, has taken out its long-term lease for the entire building.
