DALLAS-Billingsley Co., a developer based in Dallas, is seeking approval from the city of Dallas to construct a 670-unit residential development near LBJ Freeway on the south side of North Lake. The project, part of the Cypress Waters mixed-use community, will come at the junction of Hackberry Road and Belt Line Road.
The project will comprise 519 apartments, 151 townhouses, a fitness center, clubhouse and pools. The developer has been working on the Cypress Waters community for several years. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
