FRANKFURT-Deutsche Lufthansa AG has signed a letter of intent to lease roughly 199,131 square feet of space at THE SQUAIRE at Frankfurt Airport. The company will join Hilton and KPMG at the premium property in Frankfurt.
With the Lufthansa deal, the occupancy rate at THE SQUAIRE has reached roughly 82%. Lufthansa's deal was signed on August 8 and it will be finalized in the coming weeks. Fabasoft, Jedox, MPC and Plenum will also occupy office space at the property. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
