TOWSON, MD-Workers are turning the old Investment Building into a $27-million project comprising retail space and offices in downtown Towson. Caves Valley Partners in Baltimore County purchased the property in 2008 and started its work last winter to convert the building into the Towson City Center.

The building will contain approximately 155,000 square feet of space. Caves Valley Partners received $7.5 million in loans from the state and the county for the project, which will be completed by June. For the full story, go to Baltimore Sun .
