LONDON-A joint venture between Qatari Diar and Delancey has purchased London's Olympic Village for GBP 557 million. The property developers have signed the deal to purchase houses on the Olympic Village site situated in Stratford in east London.

The joint venture will purchase 1,439 homes and 6 nearby future development sites. The other half of the Olympic Village property, which comprises 1,379 homes, had already been bought by a joint venture led by Triathlon Homes for GBP 268 million. For the full story, go to Property Wire .
