MEMPHIS-Loeb Properties Inc. has agreed to buy the Yosemite Sam's building at 2126 Madison Ave. in Overton Square in Midtown for an amount of $350,000. The company is planning to close the deal by August 31.
Loeb Properties has plans to improve and lease the building measuring 5,800 square feet. Faye Pannell, the current owner, will close the Overton Square bar once the deal gets completed.
