HOUSTON-Meyerland Plaza, a 965,000-square-foot center in Houston, has reached sales block. Atlanta-based Ronus Properties, which represents the property's European owners, is selling its US assets.

Eastdil Secured is selling the power center for Ronus Properties. Various tenants who occupy space in Meyerland Plaza, opened in 1957 on Halloween, includes Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Marshalls, JC Penney, Pier 1 Imports and Target.
