HOLLY SPRINGS, NC-Raleigh retail developers Jeffrey Baran and Bob Hughes have disposed of their ownership in Sunset Lake Commons, a the 86,000-square-foot retail center at the junction of Holly Springs Road and Sunset Lake Road in Holly Springs. The Rosen Group, a real estate group based in Boca Raton, Florida, has bought the center from J&H of Holly Springs LLC for $12.8 million.
