MCLEAN, VA-The AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust has closed a Tysons Corner purchase for a total amount of $138 million. The REIT has purchased five adjacent buildings, including three data centers and two office buildings, in McLean.

The properties, located at 1768, 1764, 1764A, 1761, and 1755 Old Meadow Road, sit on 16.8 acres of land. The property also provides development rights to improve the property in the future with 1.8 million square feet of mixed-use commercial space and residential.
