NEW YORK CITY-Apple has signed a lease for 45,000 square feet of office space at 100-104 Fifth Ave. situated in the Flatiron District. The iAd mobile advertising division of Apple has turned its 10,000-square-foot deal into long-term lease.
The tech retailer has also leased 16,079 square feet on the 14th floor and a large portion of the 15th floor. The property is owned by the Kaufman Organization.
