LONDON-Mitsubishi Estate Company and Legal & General Property's Central Saint Giles has leased one of its units to Cabana. The new Brazilian barbeque restaurant has signed a 15-year lease for 3,430 square feet of food unit.

The chain was created by Jamie Barber, the founder of Villandry, Hush and Kitchen Italia, and David Ponte, the co-founder of Momo. Bruce Gillingham Pollard and Restaurant Property advised Central Saint Giles in the deal. For the full story, go to Property Week .
