NEW YORK CITY-Doral Financial Corp. has expanded its office lease at 623 Fifth Avenue to 27,500 square feet for eight years. As per the deal, the financial services firm has renewed its 13,000-square-foot space and leased another 14,500 square feet at the 36-floor tower owned by Cohen Brothers Realty Corp. Asking rent per square foot for the space in the 350,000-square-foot building was between $80 and $135.
