SEATTLE-Suzie Burke, the proprietor of the Fremont Dock Co., and Skanska USA are planning to develop an eco-friendly office structure at 3400 Stone Way in Fremont. The proposed five-story office building measuring 120,000 square feet will be modeled to meet the living building criteria of the city of Seattle.
