COLUMBUS, OH-Estate Information Services LLC is taking the third-floor space of the Citigroup-Bisys-anchored office building in the Easton neighborhood in Columbus. The company has subleased 27,500 square feet at 3435 Stelzer Road.
Estate Information Services has inked the sublease deal with Citigroup Inc. It will relocate to the complex's west wing by early December. Jeff Carey with Cassidy Turley represented the tenant in the deal. John Hall and CBer Don Matsanoff of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. marketed the space for Citigroup.
