NASHVILLE-The Davidson County property records show that an office/warehouse building near Nashville International Airport changed hands this week for $2.3 million. First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. has sold 1650 Elm Hill Pike, an office/warehouse building measuring 41,000 square feet at the corner of Massman Drive.
The property, which sits on a 3.4-acre land, was bought by Buchanan Station Partners. The property records also show that the industrial building was sold in 1997 for $17.7 million. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
