NEW YORK CITY-Arenson Office Furnishings, a furniture dealer, has extended its 24,000-square-foot headquarters lease in the Toy Tower 25 located at 1115 Broadway for 10 more years. Asking rent for the lease was $35 per square foot. Eleven Fifteen Associates is the owner of the 12-floor building.
