MIAMI-Franklin Street Real Estate Services has closed the sale of a vacant industrial property in Miami. Galei Opa, LLC has purchased the warehouse property measuring 122,000 square feet at 5701-5703 NW 35th Ave. in the Airport East submarket for $3.9 million or about $31.97 per square foot.
Galei Opa will move its manufacturing operations to the new location. Joel A. Kattan and Hernan Prohaszka of Fort Lauderdale-based Franklin Street Real Estate Services negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
