NEW YORK CITY-Pension fund 5225 LLC has paid $12.5 million for Skanska USA Civil Northeast's headquarters located in Whitestone, Queens. The four-floor building measuring 30,000 square feet was constructed in 1981. Skanska USA is relocating its office to the Bulova Building located at 72-20 Astoria Boulevard. The construction firm will continue to use its Whitestone office until the completion of its new office build-out at the Bulova Building spanning 480,000 square feet.
