SAN JOSE, CA-San Francisco-based Sack Properties has paid $15.4 million for Sunrise Garden, an apartment complex consisting of 104 units at 1605 Parkmoor Ave. in San Jose. The property was sold by 1605 Parkmoor LLC, a private owner.
