NEW YORK CITY-Sperry Top-Sider has signed its first retail lease in New York City. The company has signed a lease for 10 years with Harlington Realty for 5,000 square feet of retail space at 103 Fifth Avenue.
The company will take 2,500 square feet on the ground floor and 2,500 square feet on the basement. Asking rent was $275 per square foot.
