SAN DIEGO-Sunroad Enterprises is planning to construct a shopping center measuring 500,000 square feet in Otay Mesa. The new center, called Sunroad Otay Plaza, will come up on a 50-acre land at Otay Mesa Road located at the junction of state routes 125 and 905.
