NEW YORK CITY-Tata Consultancy Services has signed a lease renewal and expansion deal for 10 years with HJ Kalikow & Co. for its US headquarters space on Park Avenue. The company will expand its space from 10,238 square feet to 13,200 square feet at 101 Park Avenue.
Asking rent was $100 per square foot. Roshan Shah with CB Richard Ellis represented Tata, while John Cefaly and Gus Field with Cushman & Wakefield represented HJ Kalikow in the lease negotiation. For the full story, go to New York Observer .
