RALEIGH, NC-Crescent Resources, a real estate development company based in Charlotte, has started construction on its new apartment community at Oberlin Road and Clark Avenue in Raleigh. The company purchased the land for $4.45 million to develop the $50-million project.
The Gallery at Cameron Village will include 16,000 square feet of retail space and 282 apartments. Crescent Resources, Nationwide and Capital One Bank are providing financing for the project. The project is expected to be opened in spring 2013. For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal .
