HYATTSVILLE, MD-CW Capital has acquired the Metro I office building in a foreclosure auction held at University Town Center. The nine-story project, which contains 288,955 square feet of office space at 6505 Belcrest Road, was the first to ascend in 1963 as portion of Herschel Blumberg's dream for the University Town Center complex.
CW Capital was the only bidder for the project. The property is 63% leased to various tenants including the Maryland Energy Assistance Program and Prince George's Community College. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
