LONDON-DTZ Investment Management's pension fund clients have exchanged agreements to purchase 60 Cannon Street located in the City of London for an amount of GBP 30.9 million. Orchard Street Investment Management is selling the property for the Orchard Street UK Special Situations Fund.
Orchard Street purchased 60 Cannon Street two years ago for GBP 21.4 million from ING Real Estate. The property contains offices and retail units. BNP Paribas represented Orchard Street, while DTZ Investment Management represented itself in the deal. For the full story, go to Property Week .
