COPPELL, TX-An associate of Realty Capital in Dallas has sold an office building measuring 8,006 square feet at Gateway Plaza located at the northwest corner of State Highway 121 and Denton Tap Road in Coppell. The building, 783 Denton Tap Road, traded for an undisclosed price.
