GOODLETTSVILLE, TN-The Davidson County property records show that Lodge North Investors has sold an apartment building consisting of 41 units at 452 Moss Trail in Goodlettsville for $4 million in a foreclosure sale. PBE Companies LLC paid nearly $99,000 per unit for the Lodge North apartments.
