CLEARWATER, FL-RRE Realty Services LLC has negotiated two lease deals totaling 40,459 square feet in Clearwater. Nautical Structures Industries Inc. has renewed its lease deal with Bryan Dairy Limited for 36,583 square feet of space at 10351 72nd St.
