MAITLAND, FL-NAI Realvest has brokered a lease deal for a retail space in Port Orange. A TGI Friday's' franchisee has signed a lease for 10 years with Dunlawton Nova Investors, LLC for 8,500 square feet of space in Dunlawton Square Shopping Center located at the corner of South Nova Road and Dunlawton Boulevard.
