CHANDLER, AZ-Berwyn, Pennsylvania-based Triumph Group Inc. is relocating from 4010 S. 43rd Place in Phoenix to Chandler. The international aerospace company has signed an 11-year lease for 78,200 square feet of space at 50 S. 56th St.
Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust is the owner of the Chandler property. Triumph will relocate its Auxiliary Power Unit facility to the new location in May.
