CHICAGO-White Oak Realty Partners LLC has purchased the Columbia Centre, a three-building office complex spanning 608,000 square feet in Rosemont, for $38 million. Angelo Gordon & Co provided the financial assistance for the acquisition. Transwestern Investment Co. sold the buildings located at 5600 N. River Road, 9525 W and 9450 via a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure deal.
