MINNEAPOLIS-The developer of a stalled condo tower near the Loring Park neighborhood in Minneapolis is planning to turn the property into apartments. Chicago-based Magellan Development Group is presenting its preliminary plans to the Minneapolis Planning Commission regarding conversion of the 36-story tower at 1368 LaSalle Ave. into a 355-unit apartment complex.
