HOUSTON-Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP has closed the sale of two large properties in Texas. DCT Industrial Trust has purchased Beltway Antoine Business Center, a seven-building industrial park spanning 383,100 square feet in Houston.
In another deal, Sunstone Realty Advisors has acquired the Broadstone Grand Parkway, a Class A multifamily housing community consisting of 342 units in the suburb of Katy, from Alliance Residential Company.
