DALLAS-The capital-markets team at Jones Lang LaSalle has arranged loan deals for two office buildings in Dallas. The team has secured a $205-million loan for The Crescent, an office complex spanning 1.3 million square feet adjacent to the Central Business District of Dallas, and a $93-million loan for The Trammell Crow Center, a Class A office tower measuring 1.1 million square feet in downtown Dallas.
