LONDON-Europa Capital LLP has announced that Europa Fund III and REAM Capital Partners have formed a joint venture to acquire a portfolio of flex space properties from Safeland. The joint venture has purchased the portfolio for GBP 26 million.
The portfolio contains 748,088 square feet of industrial and office space across England. There are more than 350 tenants occupying space in the portfolio under short-term contracts. REAM Capital Partners will manage the portfolio of flex space assets. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
