TAMPA, FL-Bob Abberger of Trammell Crow Co. has proposed a mixed-use development for downtown Tampa. The $300-million project will comprise a 450,000-square-foot office complex, a 350-room hotel and a 1,200-space parking lot.
The scheme renews and enlarges the Prime Meridian Center proposed in 2008 by Abberger on holdings beside the Channel District of Tampa. Abberger wants to develop the project on four acres located east of the Center for Advanced Medical Learning and Simulation project of the University of South Florida.
