DORAL, FL-New Boston Shoma Park Square, an associate of New Boston Fund with a less than half investment from Shoma Development Corp. of Doral, has received a $30-million mortgage from City National Bank of Florida for its One Park Square office complex in Doral. New Boston Shoma Park Square purchased the 281,623-square-foot office tower in October for $27.5 million.
