TEWKSBURY, MA-Newmark Knight Frank has closed three lease renewal deals totaling 119,658 square feet at the 495 Business Center located at 500 Business Center Drive in Tewksbury on behalf of Capital Commercial Investments Inc., the landlord. Philips Electronics North America Corp. has renewed its 82,700-square-foot lease; CompuCom Systems Inc. has renewed its 32,844-square-foot lease; and Sonexis Technology Inc. has renewed its 4,114-square-foot lease.
