CHICAGO-Ventas Inc. has inked a 28,557-square-foot direct lease and a sublease for an unrevealed amount of space at 353 N. Clark Street in Chicago for 10 years. The company will relocate its headquarters to the new address in 2012. Tishman Speyer is the owner of the 45-floor office tower spanning 1.2 million square feet. Meredith Soren and Geoff Euston brokered the deal for the tenant.
