LONDON-Mele & Pere, a northern Italy Trattoria, is opening its new restaurant on the former Philippe Seiler's Va Bene site. The restaurant has signed a lease for 15 years with Sir Richard Suttons' Settled Estates for 3,402 square feet at 46 Brewer Street, W1.
