MIAMI LAKES, FL-BankUnited has provided $22 million in commercial mortgage to finance The Residences at Lakehouse, a new multifamily project in Miami Lakes. The Graham Companies has recently started the project on 20.9 acres of land along Commerce Way on the west side of Northwest 82nd Avenue.
The Residences at Lakehouse will have 21 multifamily buildings with 270 rental units. CB Constructors, a unit of Current Builders, is the general contractor. The project is expected to be completed in December 2012. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
