MUNICH-Corpus Sireo has marketed three office properties, which total 247,568 square feet in Munich, to Jargonnant Partners for a total amount of EUR 36 million. The company has sold the office properties for Morgan Stanley.
The properties are located at Charles-de-Gaulle-Strasse 2/3, Nymphenburger Strasse 92 and Elsenheimerstrasse 41-43. The deal also includes 350 car parking areas situated between the properties.
