LAUDERDALE LAKES, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has completed the sale of an apartment complex in Lauderdale Lakes. A limited liability company based in Plantation has sold the 245-unit Hawaiian Palms property located at 3540 NW 50th Ave. for $14.1 million or about $58 per square foot and $57,551 per unit to a South American private investor.
