The University Avenue building is fully leased to Illinois Tool Works and LTX Corp. J.R. McDonald and Mike Frisoli of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while Rob Byrne, Brian McKenzie and John Lashar with Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented the owner in the lease transaction.
