GARLAND, TX-MMUC Properties LLC has acquired an industrial building measuring 10,000 square feet on a one-acre corner at 428 N. 1st Street in Garland for an undisclosed price. The company is currently renovating the single-story building.
The property, zoned for industrial purpose, contains eight dock doors. In the deal, the buyer was represented by Mike Gravity from the Gravity Co., and the seller, Bell's Conversions Inc., was represented by Chris Stout from Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services.
