LONDON-NewRiver Retail has acquired two retail properties for a total amount of GBP 14.5 million. The retail REIT has bought a vacant store situated in the Market Place at Great Yarmouth for GBP 2.5 million and The Soverign Centre in Bournemouth, a shopping center measuring 86,000 square feet in Bournemouth, for GBP 12 million from UBS Global Asset Management (UK).
