BARCELONA, SPAIN-CBRE Hotels Spain has closed the sale of a 4-start hotel in Barcelona. Reyal Urbis, a property developer based in Spain, has sold The Rafael Casanova Hotel to H10, a hotel chain, for EUR 25 million.
The 126-bedroom hotel is situated in the center of Barcelona beside the main business district of the City. CBRE Hotel listed the hotel on the market for Reyal Urbis.
